Our collaboration with the seller dates back to one year ago, when they had a limited inventory of fewer than 40 products, which sold less than 10 units per month. As a trusted partner, we were given the responsibility of boosting their sales on their UK Seller account.
Initially, we set out to achieve the following objectives:
- Conduct an in-depth evaluation of the account and analyze the existing product listings.
- Optimize the product listings and enhance the use of keywords to improve their visibility and ranking.
- Utilize Amazon advertising channels to maximize product sales and reach a wider audience.
Initial Analysis & Findings
After conducting a thorough investigation, we discovered that the products were not optimized andlacked a sufficient number of targeting keywords on the back-end, which was the primary cause oftheir poor sales performance.
Furthermore, some products had inadequate title and description lengths, and a few were evensuppressed due to technical glitches and quality alerts.
By presenting our initial research and findings, we assisted the client in refining their sales strategy torectify these issues and enhance their overall performance

Action Plan & Results
Over the course of one year, we collaborated with the client to expand their product range and tookcharge of providing customer support. We dedicated efforts on:
- Optimizing product listings
- Creating promotions and coupons
- Implementing Amazon advertising strategies, and
- Providing excellent customer service.
As a result of our efforts, the client has now increased their product range to over 1000 items, and theirsales have soared to more than 20 units per day.
