Introduction

Luna Edge Lighting, a firm specializing in producing, selling, and installing permanent LED accent lighting for residential spaces in Utah, aimed to boost its online visibility through Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The client’s goals included acquiring cost-effective leads through both organic methods and targeted campaigns, to establish a prominent brand presence on social media within a limited timeframe.

Challenges

The project encountered initial hurdles, mainly associated with social media. The client had previously been inactive on social media, lacking sufficient images to support campaigns throughout the project, This led to the repetition of images throughout the project.

The primary goal was to generate potential leads for the client. This involved implementing strategies to keep the content on their social media channels interesting and interactive. Additionally, we aimed to boost the client’s online presence by increasing the number of followers on key platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This not only enhances brand visibility but also establishes a more substantial and engaged audience

Our strategy involved competitor analysis, targeted ads, brief engagement campaigns,community expansion, loyalty-building, and consistent organic activities, resulting in qualityleads and responsive engagement.

Our approach began with a thorough analysis of competitors, shaping the foundation for atargeted ad campaign meticulously tracked throughout the month. Engagement campaignswere crafted for Instagram and Facebook, drawing insights from previous lead-generationefforts. These short-lived initiatives ran for a week, fostering increased interaction. To broadenour reach on Facebook, we strategically joined multiple new groups, aiming for organicengagement, new followers, and direct website visits. Taking a personalized approach, weinvited multiple individuals who had previously engaged with our Facebook posts to like ourpage. Content distribution played a key role, with multiple posts shared on both Instagram andFacebook profiles, across groups. Organic activities, such as engaging comments on Instagramand Facebook, were employed to encourage profile visits and genuine connections. Dailyanalysis of both past and ongoing campaigns guided our strategy, focusing this month oncultivating organic engagement and followers on Facebook and Instagram. The month-long leadcampaign yielded excellent quality leads, while a vigilant eye on messenger facilitated activeengagement with our visitors. Additionally, our commitment to organic efforts resulted insignificant organic leads on both platforms.
