MX PowerPlay sells off-road recreational vehicle parts and accessories of the utmost quality. The company aims to enhance its online presence and drive sales through Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The client’s objectives include achieving high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through organic strategies and targeted sales campaigns. The goal is to generate revenue and establish a strong brand presence on social media within a specified timeframe.

Our Approach

The primary goal was to generate potential direct sales for the client. This involved implementing strategies to keep the content on their social media channels interesting and interactive. Additionally, we aimed to boost the client’s online presence by increasing the
number of followers on key platforms like Instagram and Facebook. This not only enhances brand visibility but also establishes a more substantial and engaged audience, which leads to a great number of sales.

SMO & SMM Strategy and Tricks

Our strategy involved competitor analysis, targeted ads, brief engagement campaigns, community expansion, loyalty-building, and consistent organic activities, resulting in a number of sales with high ROAS and responsive engagement.

Our approach began with a thorough analysis of competitors, shaping the foundation for a targeted ad campaign meticulously tracked throughout the month. Engagement campaigns were crafted for Instagram and Facebook, drawing insights from previous campaigns. These short-lived initiatives ran for a week, fostering increased interaction. To broaden our reach on Facebook, we strategically joined multiple new groups, aiming for organic engagement, new followers, and direct website visits and sales. Taking a personalized approach, we invited multiple individuals who had previously engaged with our Facebook posts to like our page. Content distribution played a key role, with multiple posts shared on both Instagram and Facebook profiles, across groups. Organic activities, such as engaging comments on Instagram and Facebook, were employed to encourage profile visits and genuine connections. Daily analysis of both past and ongoing campaigns guided our strategy, focusing on cultivating organic engagement and followers on Facebook and Instagram. The long campaign yielded excellent sales with high ROAS, while a vigilant eye on messenger facilitated active engagement with our visitors. Additionally, our commitment to organic efforts resulted in significant organic sales. Our promotional discount campaigns achieved considerable success.
